Psychora was founded by a registered psychometrician with a deep passion for mental wellness and people development. With a background spanning mental health assessments, HR consulting, leadership training, and community outreach, the founding insight was clear: most organizations treat people problems as process problems — and that gap costs them dearly.
That conviction became the foundation of Psychora — a consultancy that brings psychological depth to the work of building better organizations and empowered individuals.
